When flour is not just flour.
Do you read the food labels every time you go shopping?
Or interested to know how to get “Trans Fat Free” or “Low GI” claim printed on the packaging?
Best is go for lesser processed stuffs and go for fresh ingredients to cook from scratch.
I prefer these pretty kitchen pantry organizing labels anytime:
– Chalkboard style
– Vintage style

Not to scare you, but food labels don’t usually state everything either. The one that states wheat flour might not just contain wheat flour. Anyway I really like your blog ^^
